Via WhatsApp Business (primary) or email. When you join, you'll receive a direct link to your advisor team's WhatsApp channel. Response times are guaranteed — 30 minutes during peak hours (8am–8pm Mon–Thu · 8am–4pm Fri), 1 hour off-peak.
Who is covered under one membership? ⌄
Each membership covers two named members — typically a couple. Your advisor can plan and book trips for your whole family or party of up to six travelers, but direct access to your advisor is reserved for the two named members. At least one named member must be participating in any trip for the Guild to service it. Additional travelers can be included in bookings but cannot contact the advisor independently.
Do I have a dedicated advisor or a team? ⌄
You have a shared advisor team — a small group who all know your preferences and history. This means consistent, fast responses even when your primary advisor is unavailable. Your preferences, past trips, and notes are shared across the team.
What if my advisor misses the response time guarantee? ⌄
We take it seriously. If we miss a guaranteed response window, your advisor acknowledges it directly and we apply a credit toward your membership or next trip. You never have to ask.
Are there booking fees on top of the $249? ⌄
Never — for anything included in your membership. The $249 covers all flights, hotels, transfers, restaurant reservations, and everything else in the included scope. No booking fees, no service charges. The only exceptions are project fee services — visa application filing and compensation procurement — which are quoted separately if you need them.
Can I pause instead of cancelling? ⌄
Yes — once per year, you can pause your membership for one month. Billing pauses and your membership resumes automatically the following month.

Do you give anything back from bookings? ⌄
Yes. Every qualifying hotel, flight, and ground booking earns a credit your advisor tracks on your behalf. Credits unlock at three milestones — 10, 25, and 50 qualifying bookings — and you choose whether to apply them toward your membership or an upcoming trip. The longer you stay, the more each booking contributes. You never manage any of it yourself.
